Pogo Pin Blocks

Pogo pin blocks offer a durable, low-profile board-to-board interface, enabling standardized motherboard or daughterboard connections, like those in RTI's 950 series fixture and MultiTrace Octopogo Interface.

DUT Boards & Adapters

DUT boards, or "Breakout Boards," connect RTI's test sockets with automated curve tracers, 3rd party testers, or ovens, and can be custom-designed to route signals to any connector or interface.

Remote Docking

These interfaces extend the test head's reach, allowing the DUT and test socket to be up to 10 feet from the tester. Compatible with RTI and popular third-party docking interfaces like Credence and Hi-Level.

Custom & High-Speed Cabling

Connect RTI DUT boards to test systems and peripherals up to 10 feet away. Choose from standard FFSD 30AWG for low speed or HQCD 38AWG Micro-coax for high-speed.

Interposers & Coupon Boards

Custom PCBs interpose one device footprint on the top layer, routing it to the same or different footprint on the bottom. They expand pitch or serve as coupon boards in RTI's custom test sockets.

Custom Connector Savers

Pogo pin blocks extend test fixture lifespan by aligning probes with mating connectors on the UUT, avoiding direct contact with bare pads and reducing wear.
